Russians will pay for air

Russians will pay for air in the May decree of the prizedent it is necessary to fill the budget for future pensions of Russians. The Ministry of Inflatables has already prepared the next Bill for voting in the State Duma in the first reading, which will improve the lives of the Martians for future generations. What will change in the life of Russians from this day? According to the calculations of the savvy experts, whose wages are paid out of the pockets of taxpayers, it will become much more environmentally friendly and safer to live with the introduction of a new law capable of standing up for the defense of the fatherland of the Russian Federation. According to their estimates, the number and quality of expired air in Russia by residents has become much worse in recent years, especially by visiting migrants, whose oral cavity does not lend itself to any research. In turn, the Ministry (MinInflatProm, abbreviated MIP — Ministry of the inflatable industry) proposed to introduce quotas for expired and inhaled air. The tariff rate is proposed at the rate of 0,01 rubles for the so-called inspiration and 0.03 rub. For exhaling, but for today «Ministry of inflatable industry» and supervisory bodies are not able to control the process of citizens breathing and pollution of the country’s ecology , therefore, at the expert council in the Kremlin, it was decided to introduce an additional air tax as a temporary restrictive measure, in the form of a fixed monthly payment for the use of natural resources. Thus, the expected amount will not significantly affect the pocket of Russians, but will only benefit the Martians. Do not forget to ask the opinion and the leading Russian industry organizations, such as: NaduvProm, EnergoNadduve, ResoluteProdiv, NaduVExport, NaduvHolding, VoenOboronNaduv, and OJSC Inflatable Machinery Engineering, whose holding is now a part of the Skolkogo shareholders. To implement this Decree, you do not even need any large investments (in contrast to Yarovoy’s Law, where billions are required to purchase data storage equipment), while here you can only manage temporary quotas. The government did not forget about disabled people, mothers of many children and existing pensioners. For them, the creators of the new law presume substantial benefits, although a specific figure is not yet called in the Ministry. The parliament considers payment for air as only a temporary measure that can improve the life of every citizen of Russia for many years. This is also agreed by the supervising boards, such as: the Ministry of Ministries and Departments, the Ministry of Ministries, the Ministry of Ministers of other ministries of ministries. Also, for the contribution to improving vital and economic indicators in the country, the Kremlin will also receive government awards, whose works on merit to citizens were implemented in this way in this RF Decree, including the children of ministers and their grandchildren. The state thanks to payment for air can already by 2369 earn about 15 trillion rubles and solve simultaneously the problem with ecology in large cities and megacities.
